we build what your business needs.
Agents, apps, data, and branding. Designed, coded, and shipped to production by the same founders who take the first call.
This is the deep version of Build. The engine we use to ship software for clients who already know what to build. Four categories, one team, one standard.
BPS · SANITO · LANS · AMYRA · KARRO · KIPU
agents that execute real tasks.
Conversational, voice, process. They run where your team and your customers already are. WhatsApp, Slack, web, voice. And connect to the systems you already have.
OpenAI · Anthropic · LangChain · LlamaIndex · Vapi · Twilio · WhatsApp Business · Slack · Postgres + pgvector
When you already have volume. Tickets, leads, calls, documents. And human response is becoming the bottleneck. We build the agent that absorbs the repetition and frees your team for the work that needs judgment.
Amyra · always-on WhatsApp agent for bookings, reminders, and win-back across 4 pilot studios.
apps and platforms, custom-built.
Web platforms, mobile apps, internal tools. Built for how your business actually runs. Not a template with your logo on it.
- 01Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- 02Custom ERPs and internal tools
- 03Mobile apps for iOS and Android
- 04B2B and customer portals
- 05Legacy and API integrations
- 06Real-time operational dashboards
Next.js · React · React Native · Node · Python · Postgres · Supabase · AWS · Stripe · Vercel
When you've outgrown the spreadsheet, off-the-shelf SaaS doesn't fit your operation, or you need a proprietary piece that becomes a competitive edge. We design the architecture so it scales without a rewrite in two years.
Karro · full ERP for multi-location automotive workshops, in production.
BI and models on your data.
Data lakes, pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models. We turn the data you already have into decisions you can defend in front of your board.
- 01Unified data warehouses and lakes
- 02Reliable ETL/ELT pipelines
- 03Executive and operational dashboards
- 04Predictive and forecasting models
- 05Scoring and segmentation systems
- 06Automated reporting for finance and ops
BigQuery · Snowflake · Postgres · dbt · Airflow · Metabase · Looker · Python · scikit-learn
When data lives across five systems, reports get hand-built every Monday, or you suspect there's value in your base no one's pulled out yet. We start with the use case, not the platform.
BPS · data pipeline and operational forecasting models for an industrial group.
identity that ships, not just designs.
Identity systems, UI/UX, and websites. Built by engineers who also write the production code. Design lands alive in the repo, not dead in a PDF.
- 01Identity systems and brand guidelines
- 02Corporate and product websites
- 03End-to-end product design (UI/UX)
- 04Design systems in code
- 05Campaign and launch landing pages
- 06Full rebrand with technical migration
Figma · Next.js · Tailwind · Framer Motion · Sanity · Webflow · Vercel
When the brand doesn't keep up with the product, the website doesn't convert, or every landing looks like a different agency made it. We close the gap between design and production so the identity stays alive every release.
Mossaic · this site. Design, system, and code run on the same stack we ship to clients.
how we build.
Four phases. No 80-row Gantt. No junior handoff.
The same founder who takes the first call designs the architecture, writes the code, and answers when something breaks. The cadence is clear and the deliverables are tangible.
alignment.
Founder call. We unpack the problem, the existing systems, and the metric that has to move. If we're not the right partner, we tell you.
scope and architecture.
Scope document, technical architecture, integration plan, and fixed price. Nothing kicks off until both sides sign on what gets built.
build.
Weekly sprints with live demo. You watch the product grow every Friday. Not in a deck at month-end. Founder-led from start to finish.
ship and iterate.
Production deploy, active monitoring, and two weeks of iteration included. After that you can stay with us as a tech partner. Or take the repo and run.
founder-led, end-to-end, no relays.
Three operators, one accountability per engagement.
We don't sell hours. We don't relay messages. The person who understands your business is the one who designs the architecture, writes the code, and stays on the line when something breaks.
the founder is the team.
No junior handoff. No offshore. No account managers. The work goes from the room you're in to the production environment without changing hands.
95% live in 60 days.
We don't ship prototypes that sleep in a repo. What we design goes live, gets measured, gets iterated. The success metric is production, not deliverable.
we run it on our own products.
Amyra, Kipu, Karro, Aura. Our own products in production, on the same stack we ship to clients. If it didn't survive ours, it doesn't reach yours.
the number on the line is our number.
If the system doesn't move the metric we signed for, we fix it without reopening the contract. The invoice is for the deliverable; the accountability is for the outcome.
fixed scope. fixed price. partner optional.
We quote what we're going to build, not hours neither of us wants to track.
Every engagement starts with a written scope and a closed price for the Build phase. After that, you decide whether to keep us as a monthly tech partner or take the repo and run with your team. Both paths are legitimate.
fixed scope · fixed price.
Closed quote to ship the system in 60 days. Milestone payments. If we miss the deadline, next month is on us.
ongoing retainer.
Maintenance, iteration, and new features under a fixed monthly retainer. For teams who'd rather have Mossaic as their tech function.
you take the code.
Clean repo, documentation, and transfer sessions with your internal team. No locks, no proprietary dependencies.
Real numbers depend on scope. We walk through them on the first call, no pitch deck.
what people usually ask.
do you integrate with legacy systems?.
Yes. SAP, Oracle, mainframe systems, proprietary ERPs. We've connected all of those to modern stacks. If it has an API, we integrate it. If it doesn't, we open a safe path.
what happens after the build?.
Three paths: stay with us as a monthly partner, take the repo to your internal team, or a hybrid where we operate the critical pieces and your team builds new ones. Your call.
can you work with an internal team?.
It's the most common setup. We co-build with your team, leave living documentation, and pair-program when needed. The goal is for your team to come out stronger after us, not more dependent.
who owns the code?.
You do. Repo in your org, IP transferred from day one. No proprietary licenses, no encrypted components, no locks.
can you sign an NDA before the first call?.
Yes. Send it over and we sign before stepping into your problem. Discretion is default, not extra.
where do you operate?.
We work founder-led from CDMX and ship to clients across MX, US, and LatAm. English and Spanish, no friction.
bring the problem. one of the three picks up.
Skip the funnel. One call with a founder and we tell you straight whether we should build it.
