    why mossaic exists.

    We worked years inside corporates, startups and consulting firms. We saw two ways to fail everywhere. And decided to build the firm we would have wanted to hire.

    Big consultancies hand over polished decks and leave before anyone has to write a line of code. Dev shops take the ticket, ship the code, and never understood why it mattered. The client is left in the middle, with a PDF and a repository that don't speak to each other.

    Mossaic exists to close that gap. The same two people diagnose, design, build and operate. The strategy is written thinking about what we'll be programming next week. The code is written understanding the business that will use it.

    We're not an AI agency or a consulting firm with a technical department. We're a small team that implements AI inside companies that already run. Their processes, their people, their data. And we stay long enough to make sure what we promised actually stays in production.

    Emanuel Alvarado

    reads the business before the technology.

    BIO

    Leads AI strategy at Mossaic. His background combines data science with experience building inside 0-to-1 startups and within corporates. He reads the business before the technology. And designs AI that moves the metric that matters.

    He has worked on projects with Dr. Simi, TotalPlay, Coppel and Couro, and co-founded several startups. His work combines multi-agent architectures, RAG systems in production, data platforms and the discipline of treating AI as a business decision, not a technical experiment.

    On every Mossaic engagement his role is the same: translate the client's reality into an AI strategy that's actionable, defensible to the board, and executable by the same team that designed it.

    Diego Murillo

    BIO

    Leads operations and product delivery at Mossaic. His background combines mechatronics engineering with experience as CTO of internal products and as a full-stack engineer in startups. He runs the day-to-day and makes sure what was promised lands in production.

    He has led teams building products from zero to paying users. From the initial architecture to the first deploy and the next hundred. He's equally comfortable in the frontend, in the backend, and in the conversation with the client about what gets cut and what stays.

    At Mossaic, he's the bridge between strategy and code. He defines scope, holds the cadence, and makes sure every sprint ends with something working. Not with a slide explaining why it didn't.

    We operate remote-first, based in Mexico. We work with teams in CDMX, Monterrey, and any time zone where the client has the problem.
