    How much does the Sprint cost?

    We share the investment details on the discovery call. The Sprint has fixed scope and fixed price. No tiering by company size. When you understand exactly what we deliver and who it's for, the number has context.

    What if I don't have my processes mapped out yet?

    That's exactly what we do on Day 1. Most mid-sized companies don't have their processes documented. We map them with you in the room. If your operation lives 100% on paper, we can also fix that first as a pre-Sprint engagement. Tell us where you stand on the discovery call.

    Do I need an internal technical team?

    No. The Sprint is strategy, not implementation. You don't need a CTO or a data team. What you do need is your leadership team. The people who understand how the business runs. If afterwards you decide to build, that can happen with us, with your internal team, or with a third party.

    How much of my team's time does this take?

    Day 1: ~5 hours onsite (founder + leads + 1 person per area). Day 9: ~4.5 hours onsite (same group). The design week is on us. Zero time from your team. Total: under 10 hours from the founder, under 20 from the team.
